- Site Electrical and Communication for Vehicle Maintenance Facility (VMF) for Streetcar operations. Includes all exterior electrical duct bank, XFMR pads, lighting pole foundations, Generator Pads, conduits, pull boxes, and related infrastructure for all systems.
- Site OCS drilled shafts at 36”-42” diameter x 21’ to 26’ deep with wet, slurry drilled shaft construction in close proximity to the Missouri River at 10 locations.
- The complexity of the installation due to poor soils (corrosive and uplift issues), Levy-critical constraints, condensed worksite, special weight considerations for trains, and a magnitude of other considerations made for a challenging project.
