Literally growing up in the industry would be an understatement. From attending NECA National Conferences with his father in his youth to working summers delivering materials to crews and jobsites, Brian Sadler was consistently emersed in the Electrical Contracting industry and company his father started. After graduating from Creighton Prep, Brian Sadler attended Texas Christian University and studied Electrical Engineering and Business Management from 1997-2001.
He returned to Omaha and enrolled in IBEW #22 Electrical Inside Apprenticeship program from 2001-2004. While attending the Apprenticeship, he received his Journeyman’s license from the State of Nebraska in 2002. With the transition of Sadler Electric to a Merit-based company in 2004, Brian Sadler saw a transition
as well to Project Manager and Estimator in the office. He started off with Commercial and Industrial projects and quickly took over the same duties of
Sadler Line with its company consolidation in 2005.
Overall, the next few years, he sought out and fostered business relationships within the Construction Industry on the Heavy Highway Side of the business.
With the groundwork laid, Brian Sadler ushered in a new era for Sadler Electric in 2009 as Vice President by switching the core business model to Heavy Highway Construction. He continued to grow the company at a swift pace and build on those foundations for the next 10 years. During that period, he subsequently received his Contractor’s license from the State of Nebraska in 2009, Master Electricians License from the State of Iowa in 2015, and Contractor’s license
from the State of Iowa in 2018.
In 2019, another a transition to Owner and President of Sadler Electric with the retiring of Robert Sadler occurred. To this day he continues to build strong working relationships with General Contractors, Owners, and Customers alike that is the foundation of Sadler Electric.

Erin joined Sadler Electric in mid-2016 as a Project Assistant, bringing with her a background in construction and a strong eagerness to learn. While she was familiar with the industry, she quickly discovered that heavy highway construction is a different world—fast-paced, detail-driven, and always evolving. As the company continued to grow, Erin stepped into a variety of roles, gaining hands-on experience and learning every aspect of the work along the way.
Working closely under the guidance of Brian Sadler, Erin built a strong foundation in reading plans, understanding construction processes, managing contracts, and supporting field operations. Her willingness to jump in wherever needed and take on new challenges helped her grow quickly within the company.
In 2019, when Brian took over as President, Erin was promoted to Project Manager. Since then, she has worked closely with municipalities, contractors, and project teams to help deliver a wide range of projects. Her experience includes lighting, drilled shafts, signing, traffic signalization, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)—often managing multiple scopes at once.
Erin enjoys the variety and pace of her work, and no two projects are ever the same. She’s known for being adaptable, detail-oriented, and easy to work with, and she takes pride in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. As she continues to grow in her role, Erin remains focused on building her experience and contributing to the success of the Sadler Electric team.

Christian’s construction career began very early at about 16 years old helping his father and his father’s Roofing and Carpentry business by doing general housekeeping, hauling shingles up and down ladders, reading tape measures/performing cuts and handling tool set up and break downs. Once he knew the process and how to approach the work associated with it, he began to perform the work himself until his father decided to close shop around the time of his High School Graduation.
He then spent the next 10 years part of a wide array of construction projects throughout the Midwest, which ranged from advanced carpentry to foundation drilling, form building, and concrete pouring. He moved through the roles with this work from being a Groundman to Machine Operator and very quickly moved to the roles of Foreman and Site Supervisor.
In 2021, he was hired on at Sadler Electric as a Groundman and quickly become Foreman after learning the scope of work that Sadler Electric performs. After 2 ½ years of infield work he moved into the role of Project Manager where he currently provides overall project coordination between Sadler Electric, Prime Contractors, and Owners, while also providing insight into Sadler Electric’s estimating efforts and general company policies and procedures.

Holden joined Sadler Electric in 2018 as a laborer, rapidly ascending to foreman within two years, where he led a three-man crew. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and technical aptitude, he was promoted to Superintendent, managing all field operations for three years. While driving company growth, Holden pursued professional development, obtaining his journeyman’s license in 2024. In August 2025, he transitioned into a Project Manager role, handling complex, high-stakes jobs. Currently working toward his contractor’s license, Holden is driven by ambition and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he is happily married with a growing family. GBR!
