Our employee members are the CORE to everything about Sadler Electric.
We pride ourselves on the integrity of our team, craftsmanship second to
none, and diverse capabilities of each of our staff members.
Sadler Electric believes strongly in training and development of our
employees. Whether it may be continuing education for journeyman
licensees to crane certifications to rigging and signalmen training; Sadler
Electric insures our employees never stop learning. Furthermore, Sadler
Electric has partnered with USDOL Employment and Training
Administration (ETA) to offer a four-year electrical apprenticeship program.
Apprentices attend a four-year program at Associated Builders and
Contractors or Metro Community College while working in the field to gain
the necessary on-the-job training.
Our employees are our greatest resource and backbone of our operations.
Keeping them safe comes first, always. Safety training consists of weekly
toolbox topic discussions to Jobsite specific work plans to Activity Hazard
Analysis; we always put safety as a cornerstone for a successful
project. Returning home to loved ones at the end of the day is not just
a promise, but a commitment.
